The Kvijmart Foundation, a Section 8 company registered under the Companies Act 2013, facilitates donations to NGOs and similar charitable organizations operating within selected thematic areas. Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded, and no certificate under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, will be issued.
By proceeding to donate, you confirm that the donation is not from any foreign source as defined under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010.
The Kvijmart Foundation bears no liability and assumes no responsibility for any actions or inactions of the NGOs or charitable organizations.
By donating, you waive any claims or rights of action against Kvijmart Group entities arising from the transaction.
Donations are collected on behalf of the Kvijmart Foundation and disbursed accordingly. Kvijmart Internet Pvt Ltd disclaims liability for the Kvijmart Foundation’s actions.
Personal Identifiable Information, including name and phone number, may be shared with the Kvijmart Foundation.

Payment:
Kvijmart assumes no liability for any loss or damage resulting from payment issues, including authorization or transaction errors.
Transactions are processed in Indian Rupees, and refunds are conditional and subject to policy compliance.

Payment facilities provided are for facilitating transactions, and Kvijmart does not guarantee product/service quality or completion of transactions.
Compliance with Laws:
Customers making purchases equal to or above INR 2,00,000 must upload a scanned copy of their PAN card within 4 days.
Buyers and sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including foreign exchange regulations and taxation laws.
Buyer’s Arrangement with Issuing Bank:
Payment instruments are processed using credit card gateways or bank infrastructure, governed by agreements between buyers and issuing banks.
Kvijmart is committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity while safeguarding the rights of all individuals, including our delivery partners, from any form of discrimination. We prohibit discrimination against delivery partners based on various grounds such as race, religion, caste, disability, and more. We reserve the right to restrict access to our platform if any user behaves disrespectfully or unlawfully towards our delivery partners.
Kvijmart’s Replacement Guarantee aims to support buyers who may have been deceived by sellers on our platform. The replacement policy duration varies depending on the product category and seller. If a defect is found in a product upon delivery or within the applicable return policy period, buyers can request a replacement subject to certain conditions.
For clothing and footwear, qualified sellers accept exchanges within 15 days under specific conditions. However, certain items like ‘Made to order’ jewelry, innerwear, and socks are not eligible for returns. Damaged or defective products in the lifestyle category are covered by the 15 Day Replacement Guarantee.
Kvijmart reserves the right to take legal action against any user suspected of filing false claims or providing misleading information. We also reserve the right to suspend or block users engaged in fraudulent activities.
Exchange Offers:
By participating in the exchange, users confirm ownership of the product and agree that it is genuine and free from any encumbrances. Users are responsible for erasing all data from the device before exchanging it. Personal information provided during the exchange program may be processed for validation purposes.
Digital Content: Kvijmart Video:
Kvijmart Video offers users access to various audio and video content, both live and on-demand, provided by Kvijmart or third-party content providers. Users are granted limited access to the platform and its services, subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Users must be 18 years of age to access the services, and parental discretion is advised for minors due to potentially unsuitable content. The content may be offered for free or under specific terms communicated to users.
The platform hosts Kvijmart Originals as well as third-party content. Kvijmart does not own or control third-party content and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy or quality. Users are advised that characters and events depicted in Kvijmart Originals are fictitious.
Kvijmart may terminate accounts or restrict access to the platform for violations of the terms or inappropriate conduct. Users are responsible for their use of the platform, and Kvijmart disclaims any liability for loss or damage arising from content viewing.
Users must comply with applicable laws and guidelines while using the platform. Kvijmart may update the terms periodically, and continued use implies acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Kvijmart regarding platform usage. Indemnity clauses and limitations of liability apply to protect Kvijmart from claims or actions arising from user breaches or misconduct.

Email Abuse & Threat Policy
We investigate and take action on certain types of unwanted emails that violate our policies, including threats of bodily harm, misuse of our system, spam, and offers to buy or sell outside of our platform.

We do not take responsibility for the actions, products, content, and services of third-party platforms linked to our platform.
Kvijmart Infringement Verification (FIV) – Reporting Listing Violations
We have a process in place for reporting listings that infringe intellectual property rights. Intellectual property owners can report potentially infringing products or listings through our Kvijmart Infringement Verification process.
