2. Return Process

- Go to Order History

- Select the order containing the item

- Click "Initiate Return"

- Select reason for return

- Provide supporting images if applicable


2.2 Return Approval:

- Our team reviews your request within 48 hours

- You will receive approval/rejection via email

- Return shipping label will be provided for approved returns


2.3 Ship Your Item:

- Use the provided shipping label

- Pack the item securely

- Drop off at authorized shipping center

- Keep your tracking number for reference


3. Return Shipping


3.1 Prepaid Returns: For defective or incorrect items, we provide prepaid shipping labels.


3.2 Customer-Paid Returns: For returns due to change of mind, customers bear return shipping costs.


3.3 Shipping Time: Return shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.


4. Refund Processing


4.1 Inspection Period: Upon receipt, items are inspected within 2-3 business days.


4.2 Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from inspection.


4.3 Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method.


4.4 Deductions: Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds (except for defective items).


5. Special Cases


5.1 Defective Items: We will cover return and replacement shipping costs.


5.2 Wrong Item Received: Full refund or replacement at no cost.


5.3 Damaged in Transit: Contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


6. Exchange Policy


6.1 Size/Color Exchange: Items can be exchanged for different sizes or colors within the return window.


6.2 Exchange Shipping: We cover exchange shipping for defects. Customer pays for preference changes.


7. Non-Refundable Situations


We cannot process refunds if:

- Tags or packaging have been removed
